The laundry room, located in the main building, operates from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Rent is due on the first of each month and considered late on the 6th. Late fees are $1.00 per day.
Rent payments can be made in person at the apartment office or via the drop box on the counter next to the office window. The office hours are from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
Water, Trash, and Sewer
To submit maintenance work order requests (including renovations/improvements), please visit the apartment office or call (775) 323-7443 EXT 100.
Enjoy our complimentary coffee bar available daily! Our Rec Room has a TV, books puzzles, and games for your entertainment - available 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. View our full list of amenities here.
Permitted parking is reserved for registered and insured vehicles only. Visitors must obtain a parking permit from the office before parking on the premises. Street parking is available for vehicles without a permit.
Service animals are the only pets permitted in the main building and common areas. Pets registered at the office are allowed in all units. Visiting pets, excluding service animals, are not permitted on the property.
Renters’ insurance is recommended but not required.
Subletting is not allowed.
A 30-day notice is required to terminate your lease agreement.
The Reno Police Department monitors the entire property. In addition, we employ Triumph Security Services after hours. Reno Police Dispatch can be reached at (775) 334-2121.
The mailroom, located in the main building, operates from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. USPS packages are placed in your mailbox within the mailroom while packages from other carriers are delivered directly to your doorstep
Tenants are expected to conduct themselves considerately and refrain from actions that could disturb the peaceful enjoyment of other residents within the complex. Any behavior such as loud or profane language, yelling, fighting, or excessive noise that disrupts the tranquility of the premises is considered a nuisance. Activities such as loud parties or excessive volume from radios or TVs are also deemed nuisances and constitute a breach of the lease agreement, warranting immediate eviction.
